I/we, hereby give Alamo Laser Art & Alamo Leather Design and their legal representatives and assigns the right and permission to publish, my/our or my/our child's/children photographic image for the specific purpose of publication to their websites www.Alamolaserart.com & www.Alamoleatherdesign.com. In giving my consent, I hereby release and hold harmless Alamo Laser Art & Alamo Leather Design, their offices employees, agents and designees from any and all responsibility or liability. I understand that I will receive no compensation, should any photographs be used.

I understand the photographic picture and this photo release form will be maintained at Alamo Laser Art/Alamo Leather Design. I understand I may change or withdraw this release/consent at any time by contacting Alamo Laser Art/Alamo Leather Design in writing (not by e-mail) to the above address.

I understand all pictures released to Alamo Laser Art & Alamo Leather Design will not be returned but will than be destroyed.

I understand that Alamo Laser Art/Alamo Leather Design has full authority as to which pictures they choose to place on their websites. Alamo Laser Art/Alamo Leather Design is not required nor obligated to use any pictures I submit.
